I am Beth Deckman, a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist with over 20 years of professional experience helping clients relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve mobility. My approach to massage therapy is grounded in both clinical training and years of practice, allowing me to provide effective treatment for a wide range of muscular conditions.
I graduated at the top of my class from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy (CIMT) in 1997. Shortly after, I taught at CIMT and worked as a tableside assistant at the Neuromuscular Therapy Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in neuromuscular techniques and reinforced my focus on therapeutic outcomes.
Over the years, I operated successful massage practices in both Colorado Springs and Phoenix. In those practices, I worked with clients experiencing chronic pain, muscular imbalances, and injury recovery needs. My focus has always been on clinical massage therapy designed to improve function and quality of life.
Now I serve my clients in Sierra Vista, AZ! Whether you are managing ongoing pain, looking to restore movement or need help with stress reduction and relaxation, my goal is to provide effective massage therapy that directly addresses your needs.
