These are some of the most common questions clients ask. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, confident, and comfortable before your session.

  Massage therapy can:

Massage is often used as part of a broader health and wellness plan to maintain mobility and reduce discomfort.


Sessions are available in 30, 60, 75, and 90-minute lengths. You receive the full session time you schedule, with every minute focused on hands-on treatment.


We begin with a brief health history and discussion of your concerns. This helps me determine the best techniques to address your specific needs, whether that is chronic pain, restricted movement, or recovery support.


Clients typically undress to their comfort level. You will always be properly draped for privacy and warmth. Your comfort and security are the priority throughout your session.


Relax and focus on breathing. Some clients prefer quiet while others may talk, but the goal is always effective treatment. Please let me know if adjustments in pressure or positioning would make the session more effective for you.


Most clients experience reduced pain, improved mobility, and a sense of overall relief. Mild soreness can occur if deeper work was required, but this usually resolves within 24 hours.


Frequency depends on your goals:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be recommended for ongoing pain or recovery.
  • Monthly sessions can help maintain mobility and prevent recurrence of tension.
  • Occasional sessions are suitable for general maintenance.

Massage therapy is most effective when integrated consistently into your wellness plan.
